The Zest Group are thrilled to welcome a new member to their board: Group Executive Head Chef Simon Sharpe. Having worked with us on a number of occasions over the last four years, Simon has an excellent understanding of Zest's values. Having worked as a freelance Head Chef for the past eleven years, he has demonstrated his exemplary cuisine to high-end clients, namely dignitaries and heads of states.

Simon has circled the globe during his time working in motor sport hospitality, including working as Head Chef of the kitchens for Formula 1's prestigious VIP Hospitality. He has a fantastic knowledge of international cuisine, which is reflected in the new menus he has already begun creating for Zest (to be launched in March).

With experience sourcing quality food both locally and globally, Simon has already begun forming fantastic relationships with local suppliers. His ability to work under extreme pressure in a range of environments and conditions without compromising on quality and standard has already proven to be indispensable.
